Website scope

This website is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH THƯƠNG MẠI HẢI SẢN YOLO to introduce the company and its products and receive enquiries. It does not offer online payment or automatic order confirmation. Personal data rights are addressed separately in the Privacy policy.

Product information and imagery

Content and imagery help you explore the product before discussing a purchase. Rendered visuals and animations are illustrative; they do not establish the species, actual size, quality or condition of a particular batch. Batch photographs, technical details and purchase specifications must be confirmed in your correspondence and transaction documents.

The farming journey is a general overview, not species-specific or farm-specific technical advice. It does not guarantee grow-out time, survival rates or harvest results.

Enquiries and transaction confirmation

Submitting a form or receiving an enquiry reference confirms receipt of information only. An enquiry does not automatically create an order, a payment obligation or a supply commitment. Pricing, quantities, quotation validity, delivery and other terms must be agreed separately in writing. See the Trading policy for details.

Responsible use

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and contact details you are entitled to use. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate others, distribute malware or spam, disrupt the website, bypass access controls or collect data without authorisation. YOLO may limit access or reject abusive requests to protect the system and its users.

Brand and content

Brand names, design, content and media belong to YOLO or are used under the relevant owner’s rights. You may view and save information to learn about, contact or transact with YOLO. Copying, modifying, redistributing or commercially using material requires the appropriate rights or permission, except where permitted by law.

Links to social networks, messaging apps and maps are provided for convenient contact. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. Verify the account, contact and transaction details before sharing information or making any payment outside this website.

Availability and responsibility

YOLO maintains content with reasonable care, but access may be interrupted and information may need updating. If you notice a discrepancy, contact us for clarification before relying on it for a transaction. Each party’s responsibilities are determined by the transaction agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this website excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Send questions or concerns to [email protected], including the relevant link or enquiry reference. YOLO and the customer should first clarify the facts and discuss a resolution in good faith. Rights to seek a remedy from a competent authority remain available under applicable law. These terms may be updated on this page; a website update does not automatically change an already agreed contract.
