Information we receive

The form requires your name, a contact method, the corresponding contact details and consent to process your information. You may optionally add a product, quantity and unit, delivery area, preferred timing or message. Do not include identity document numbers, payment card details or sensitive personal information.

The system records your language, submission time, enquiry reference and privacy notice version. Technical information, including connection data and safeguards against duplicate or abusive submissions, may be processed for secure operation. Without the required fields, the form cannot accept an enquiry; you can still browse the website and use our listed contact channels.

Purposes and basis for processing

YOLO uses your information to answer questions, clarify requirements, prepare quotations and follow up on the conversation you requested. By submitting the form, you consent to processing for these purposes. Necessary information may also be processed for steps before a contract, legal obligations or system security where permitted by applicable law.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. Consent on this form is not used to automatically add you to a marketing list.

YOLO is based in Vietnam. If you contact us from Thailand or another country, your information may be received and processed in Vietnam. Providers or contacts in other countries are used only where needed for your enquiry and with an appropriate legal basis and safeguards under applicable law.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related follow-up. After an enquiry ends, continued retention depends on any ongoing transaction, complaint or legal record-keeping requirement. Information no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised, except where there is a lawful reason to retain it. You may ask YOLO to review retention or delete your data using the contact email.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. It may prevent YOLO from continuing to respond or preparing a quotation. If some data must be retained, YOLO will explain the scope and reason when handling your request within the applicable legal timeframe.

The system uses access permissions and form controls to limit unauthorised access and duplicate submissions. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact YOLO if you suspect misuse of your information.

LINE, WhatsApp, Zalo, Facebook, Messenger and map links open external platforms. Their own policies apply when you use those services. You do not need an account on those platforms to browse products on this website.
